About Three Hearts Home

Three Hearts Home is an independent editorial project focused on health and general wellness — the everyday kind. Not biohacking marathons or miracle cures, but the practical decisions real households face: which supplements are actually worth the shelf space, how to build a sleep routine that survives real life, what to look for in an air purifier, a water filter, or a foam roller, and when the honest answer is “you probably don’t need that.”

We started this site because wellness advice online tends to fall into two camps: clinical jargon that doesn’t help you choose anything, and breathless product hype designed to sell you something. We think there’s a better middle ground — calm, well-researched guidance written in plain language, with the reasoning shown.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Curated guides. We research product categories thoroughly and narrow them down to a short list worth your attention, explaining who each pick suits and why.
  • Honest recommendations. If a popular product has real drawbacks, we say so. If a cheaper option does the job just as well, we say that too.
  • Wellness fundamentals. Clear explainers on sleep, movement, nutrition basics, stress, and home environment — the unglamorous habits that do most of the heavy lifting for long-term health.

We’re careful about claims. Wellness is a field full of overpromising, so we lean on established research and expert consensus, and we link out to sources when a topic deserves deeper reading. Where the evidence is thin or mixed, we tell you that rather than pretending otherwise. Nothing on this site is medical advice — for personal health concerns, your doctor is always the right first stop.

How We Keep the Lights On

Three Hearts Home is reader-supported. Some of the links in our guides are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you make a qualifying purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. This is how we fund the research and writing that goes into each guide.

That arrangement comes with a firm rule: commissions never decide what we recommend. Products earn their place in our guides on merit, and we’d rather point you toward the right choice than the more profitable one. If we wouldn’t suggest it to a friend, it doesn’t go on the site.

Why “Three Hearts”?

Because wellness isn’t a solo pursuit. It’s the home you build and the people you share it with — the meals, the rest, the small daily care that adds up over years. That’s the spirit we try to bring to every page: warm, grounded, and genuinely useful.
